I loved being just over 2 km away from the Cerritos Sculpture Garden, which was a perfect spot for a relaxing walk and to take in some beautiful outdoor art. plus, the nearby Heritage Park made for a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring the area's landmarks.

The kids loved the cable programming and video-game consoles in our King room, which kept them entertained after a long day. Plus, the non-smoking environment was a relief for our little one.

I encountered some cleanliness issues, but the staff quickly responded to my concerns. The King Room I stayed in was spacious, and the location offered easy access to local dining options, including a great nearby café. Tip, Confirm amenities beforehand for a smoother stay.

It was just a fine choice for a trip in Artesia with real value for money. The room was terrible, with a loose faucet and toilet seat. Make sure to ask about any deposits upfront to avoid surprises.

Needs serious improvement in cleanliness

I had a disappointing experience with the overall upkeep of the room. There was noticeable graffiti in the bathroom, and the fridge had a leak that left the floor wet. The pool area also looked unclean and uninviting. It's unfortunate because the location has potential, but the maintenance and housekeeping must be addressed urgently.

Upon check-in, the room wasn't clean. the sheets remained on the floor, and I had to go back to the lobby to sort it out again after waiting way too long. Renovation work was going on throughout my stay, making for a noisy and disruptive environment, with elevators directly adjacent to the room. The parking lot situation was inconvenient, with reserved areas for staff preventing easy access near my room. Water temperature fluctuated and failed to warm up well, which limited basic comfort. There were also odd nighttime noises from other guests that didn’t help the sleeping situation.

The room had air conditioning, heating, and a flat-screen TV. Bathroom had body soap, shampoo, and towels, but I noticed some things were outdated. The location was decent, but the service could've been much better. The room could use a refresh. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not great.

The bed was super comfortable, and I loved that there were no bugs—very clean! Just wished for a desk for work and better breakfast options. Maybe I'll come back.
